I'm not really requesting anything. I'm just curious as to how this new downloader thing works, and just figured that either some of the staff that posts here, or some of the new BIAB2016 users, might perhaps know about it.

I don't post often in this forum myself, so I don't really know which types of questions are usually answered best in here and which are better asked directly to support, so I'll give it some time before emailing them.
