That suggests that the installer ran out of memory or Windows resources. The file is most likely downloaded fine. Once the downloads are finished, you can run it again to install those files, or install them manually from the download folder. For the next build, the download manager will wait until the end by default to install files, and this should prevent that type of issue from happening.
