The new chord sheet is a great idea, but I'm finding that it noticeably slow down the overall program performance, causing audio glitches when the chord sheet needs to be redrawn: For example, it will be an audio glitch when the cursor reaches bar 64:  Of course I've tried with different audio drivers (and the return to factory settings option) with no success. Also, I've noticed other strange visual problems when launching the program (or going to fullscreen mode and back with CTRL+T), which seems related to this:  It just seems that the program is too slow and a little bit erratic when redrawing the screen.

Hi Cerio,
For an audio glitch, that's CPU speed dependant, for an older PC, the usual solution is to increase the buffer setting in [main menu] Options-MIDI/Audio Driver setup.
For example, if its 499, try something like 1,000ms. We plan on optimizing some of those routines in future for slower PC's, but that should work for now.

Cerio, I wonder if it's possibly also related to the graphics card driver. Are you up-to-date on that?

What is your screen resolution Cerio? Does that strange Ctrl-T behaviour happen at other screen resolutions.
And do you have Windows fonts set to normal (100%) or higher (133%, 150%)
(so far, we can't duplicate that issue at any screen resolution)

Thanks both. I'm up to date with the video drivers, but increasing the audio buffer settings seems to solve the audio glitches. However the other graphical oddities are still there, and are specially obvious when launching the program or going back and forth between fullscreen and regular modes. I'm using a Intel Corei7 with 8gb RAM running windows10 64bits less than 3 years old, not a slow computer at all! Nice that you're planning on optimizing the program graphical routines

The screen resolution is 1366x768, the maximun allowed by my graphic card and the recomended setting for my system (I don't have any other graphical problems with other programs) Windows font size is set to 100%

Ctrl-T mode works fine on my Win 7 system at 1366x768. There have been no changes in that regard, so one would expect the same behaviour as 2015.
Perhaps you could try it again, and let me know if you see a pattern, or if it is always showing the double screen for you, or only in certain cases.

I was having problems with an audio 'skip' if the chord sheet had chords that went below the screen. As the song moved down and the screen refreshed the bottom part, there was an audio skip. The same skipping was more annoying on the Notation window since it happened at each refresh - every four bars.
Increasing the latency from 104 (the setting that was 'default') to 499ms cured this problem completely. So, thanks for this tip.

I've been having a possibly related issue where when I hit play or regenerate, the song plays but the chord screen does not move from bar to bar as it did previously. I've tried rebooting etc. to no avail. I also have a recent and powerful system running Windows 8.1. Thanks.
