Is EverythingPAK useful if I plan on using BIAB only for song-creation?

I am under the impression that the extra things in EverythingPAK (as opposed to UltraPlusPAK) are all related to learning how to play instruments, but I can't quite figure it out fully when reading the product-webpages.

So basically; EverythingPAK will give me some programs that try to teach me how to improvise and play solos and such, where UltraPlusPAK will give me all that EverythingPAK gives me except these 'virtual teachers'.

EverythingPAK won't give me anything extra that I can use in my own songs. It's only purpose is to teach me things.

Is this a correct understanding?
