Make sure you have the correct version of JBridge, this is important. I think I used 1.74

Also make sure you don't select a VST3 version of the plugin (if available). Are there other dll files in the folder to choose from?

Can you define the error message better? That often helps pinpoint the problem.

I didn't think JBridge was needed with Amplitube to begin with though ..
