PGMusic would have to fully answer this question, but I'm not sure Hi-Q instruments come with the Mega PAK. Additionally, you need to make sure that SampleTank 2.5 (either the paid for or the free version) is installed and registered first.
The Hi-Q instruments are not a separate purchase from IK. They are instruments provided by PGMusic that work within SampleTank 2.5 (32-bit). The packages description does not make it clear which packages they are included with.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
