Absolutely beautiful Bob!! I've never heard anything by you that I didn't like, but I've never heard anything I loved this much. It's great. The simple arrangement is perfect, and the rhythm infectious. Lyrics are wonderful-melancholy and inspirational at the same time. And, I doubt anyone could sing it any better. Incredible stuff!! And this is a great investment of 4 minutes-something this good deserves attention. Awesome! Take care. Greg

I had a listen to a few of your songs after listening to this one. All beautifully crafted and produced. I'd like a touch less reverberation, but what do I know:-). Anyway, I would happily have a CD of your songs in my collection.

Bob, Good thing you didn't give up on it. A beautiful and exquisite write and arrangement. The strings sound fantastic. Your voice sounds fantastic. Has a little of that Gordon Lightfoot feel to it, which is always a good thing. All in all a gorgeous song. Bravo! Tom

This is a great song although very sad. Everything that you did is just superb. Your writing is fantastic and the story is so realistic that it was like watching a movie in my mind. I would like to have known what you did in BIAB for the music is very captivating. Very enjoyable!

It didn't seem a minute too long to me. (I've worked with Eddie.)
Beautiful song and sung with lots of emotion which brought me out in goosebumps. Like Josie, I was hoping for a happy ending, but...eh bien.
Going back for a second listen when I've found the Kleenex.
