Hi Guys
I have windows BinaB UltraPluspak installed on two computers hard drives--full installations
I ordered the windows 2016 UltraPluspak and was told to just install it over the top of my current set ups
I have just received the USB hard drive and tried to run it
However my Norton 360 blocks it and has in fact it seems to have removed the setup programme when I view the contents of the USB hard drive??
It doesn't work in either computer
Further—if I open this USB hard drive to view all the files both the Setup icon and Band in a Box .exe icon are no longer present
I have disabled Norton 360 but this now makes no difference
In fact if I go into the Norton 360 history is says
Download Insight analysed Band in a Box. exe and removed it—reason—reputation level BAD
It also says it has removed the “SETUP” programme as again reputation level BAD
As far as I can see I am unable to load the contents of the USB hard drive
I have emailed support but wonder if anyone else has had problems installing with Norton 360 installed
