I am a retired academic dean. I can tell you that I have never seen your question before in over twenty years on the forum. As you are intending to print COMMERCIAL teaching materials, I would think that you and your publisher would be wise to obtain all possible permissions to be safe. In other words, write to PG Music and ask them.

EDIT: Noel is absolutely right about the music. I only worry about using the screen shots in a commercial product, and how proprietary PG Music might consider those screen shots to be. PG Music may be quite happy to give permission for publicity purposes, or require conditions such as a product mention, but you should ask.
