There's not a "file" to work with. The notes you recorded are on the Melody track in BIAB. Go into notation view and select the melody track, and you should see the notes your recorded. Select an instrument for the melody track, and you should hear what you recorded. You may have to adjust the volume for the track, and depending upon the velocity your keyboard sends out, you may have to adjust the overall velocity of the track as well, if it is too soft.
