Dave, 34 GB may seem like a lot (especially to me, who started in the 70s with hard drives that were large at 10,000 bytes), but it's not. Hard drives running Windows need room to swap data, and it should be at least 15% of the drive that is free. If you have a 256GB boot drive, maybe, but if your 34 GB is on a 1TB drive, no way. So, what is the total capacity of your drive, and what can you remove?
