Not always, but sometimes I've found that minimizing RealBand (or BIAB, when it happens there), and then bringing it back up will pop the offending dialog box back to the front. You may have to do it by right clicking on RealBand in the task bar at the bottom and selecting minimize. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get it. I think it's a Windows thing, but I would think the application should be able to determine whether a dialog box the "requires" input should ever be able to slip behind the application itself.

Other times, I've had to just shut down the application, like Sam did.
