As mentioned, the notes you see have essentially been manually transcribed from the previously Recorded Audio. This is meant as an indicator to show you what was played, but in this case it is a one-way street, you can't alter the notes to change what was previously recorded. You can do this with notes on a MIDI track though, just not RealTracks.
