There isn't a lock feature, but one thing I do sometimes is just move the track down below the tracks I'm working on.

So, as I finish a track, I might move it down to track #20-#30 range (of course, it depends on the number of tracks you are working with.

I've done that not so much to prevent accidental erasure, but just to indicate which ones are done and which are not. When all of them are done, they are all grouped together in that higher number range and I can create my final mix from that (after a little mix tweaking).

Just a thought.

So, that's a long way around to saying that being able to lock down a track is probably a pretty good idea. You could probably have a little lock symbol over on the left side of the tracks window to show that it's locked down; likewise on the mixer window.
