In RB, select the audio section or track you wish to alter the gain.
Rt Click on the track or section, Choose Audio Effects
From Audio Effects window, select Gain Change
In the Gain Change window, upper right section,
You can raise or lower the gain with the -- Gain Change (db) selection.
Pre-normalize does not have to be selected.
