Yes, we noticed a few people with that issue, and we'll have that fixed in the next patch due next week) in the meantime....
You could try a workaround as follows.
1. On the chord sheet, select all chords and choose edit copy.
2. Transpose the song (chords and melody) up to where you want the melody using the key signature box.
3. Edit paste to paste back the original chords, and set the key signature back where you want it.
