Al, I've got missing items, and have reported to PGM. I'm waiting for instructions from them before I take any further steps. It may be resolved with a software patch even?

I believe the next patch might have a fix for this, guys. I was working with Dr. Gannon on this before the Holidays and I think he has a good idea where the problem might be with this issue.

Yes, Al. It's a known issue, but your situation has to be somewhat different. I only had 6 styles/RTs missing, not 100 plus. Who knows, maybe the patch will address all the issues with missing stuff.

Z, I'm just waiting for the next release and see what it then shows. PG Music are definitely aware that there's an issue of sorts.

Hello Ovation, I have just upgraded from BB 2015 to BB2016 EverythingPak. Plus 49Pak.
However, after doing a rebuild of the StylesPicker, Fast and Slow rebuilds, I am missing 127 RT's. Actually the 2016 49PAK was not in your order, and all of the missing items you mention (including 100 or so RealStyles) are in that. You do have last year's 49PAK, and it would still be listed on your Download page, so that is likely what the confusion is. We are happy to add the 49PAK to your order, please contact sales to resolve. Live Chat might be easiest.

Thanks for the response and explanation. I will now have to order the 2016 version of 49Pak.
I think it would avoid confusion by stating that the 2016 version is completely different and additional to previous 49Paks.
The thing is, when you purchase a pack that is described as "Everything", that's what one would expect to receive !
