Did you Install them after downloading? I see the ones you mentioned along with the ones PG mentioned .. The filter PG mentioned is in the Style picker as opposed to the RT list as displayed by the Select and Generate Realtracks window. In the RealTracks window I sorted by # (number) and see them there.
