Hello,
Thanks for all of your help!
I was able to update to 2016 rather quickly.
Downloading the rest of the files was a royal pain.
First: the PG Music Download Manager would hang at 1%. This was true for single or multiple downloads. So I abandoned the Download Manager.
Second: I then tried downloading using Firefox. The download took about 15 minutes for each file. All downloads "failed" except for 1.
Third: For the rest of the downloads I used google chrome. All of the files downloaded fine. It took about 20 minutes for each to download but I did not get the dreaded "failed" message.
Thanks again for all of your help!!!!!!!!!
