Yes you're right about the holidays, I'll be more patient.
But as regards the re-install, I got so frustrated I decided to give it a go.
When I said only 2 RT's, unfortunately I was doing the wrong filter and the 100 or so Styles / RT's were still missing. and I probably confused everybody.
But I still can't understand that when you purchase "EverythingPak" that's exactly what you should get, with nothing missing.
And it seems I am not the only one who is experiencing missing items.
