Realband (if I remember correctly) does not at this time support the BIAB multiple substyles (other than A/B). You might want to, instead, save your BIAB as MIDI (which will generate parts according to all 4 substyles), and then load the MIDI file into RealBand.

Then, since C/D, E/F, etc substyles are actually just links to other style files, you can selectively regenerate parts you are not happy with by highlighting the correct section, choosing the appropriate style, and then regenerating. Yes, it takes a little work, but I believe it's doable.

Of course, before you do all that, I would head on over to the wishlist and request the RealBand support multi-styles from BIAB.
