Hi Marielene,
I'm also in the category of not having used PDF995. I was using the free version of Bullzip long before PG Music introduced a pdf printer into the setup and I simply stayed with that.
I notice that you've also written a comment over in the shout box that you have Acrobat Pro. With that, I'd have thought that there is no need to install 995.
The "Print to pdf" will not work with Acrobat Pro. This button is specific to 995. To use Acrobat, first the Adobe driver needs to be selected as the print driver using the "Setup Printer" button. Once that's done, click on "Print" and the pdf file will be created.
