You can also select your soloist through the Soloist Button on the main screen. You have two selections to choose from when you click the Soloist button. The first selection allows you to choose your instrument and player.
The second choice opens the soloist dialogue menu where you have a lot of different ways to select between midi and realtracks and when, where and for how long your soloist plays.
By selecting the Custom Button, you can designate bars for the soloist to play.
