Yes, I've reinstalled BIAB and Realband a few times. In your case I think you could actually copy all of your files from the USB drive to your C drive. You may then need to change your shortcuts so they point to the new location. This wouldn't technically be a reinstall, more like a file move. I've done a similar thing where I copied all of my BIAB and Realband directories to an external hard drive while keeping all of the original files on my C: drive. I could launch BIAB or Realband from either location just by selecting the correct shortcut.
