And to answer one specific question, no, you do not need to uninstall first.

BIAB doesn't really have an uninstall routine, last time I checked. There is an activation process, and you should be familiar with that from last year. You can deactivate on one machine to move to another and activate there, and you are given three activations each new version. You'll get a new code with 2016.
