Jim Fogle Veteran Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 10,970 Winston Salem, NC USA	I thought I read in an earlier post that the check for updates "ignores" beta releases and is checking against stable releases. The last stable release of BiaB at this time (Jan. 09, 2016) is version 429 which was released on December 18, 2015. Version 428 was pulled while in beta so version 429 is the only stable update for 2016 BiaB so far. Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
