Yes, you can do this with F5 just as Videotrack showed.
Unless we are talking about just a few bars, I agree the Louder By option will work but get quite loud quickly, so I sometimes use the Change By instead, and do this several bars apart. Small values like 1 or 2 do a lot over a few bars to breath life into a part. You can Return to Normal later, or enter a negative number for a decrescendo.
