You may have the license activated on more than 3 computers.
If not:
Do you have your new activation key? Have you tried activating it? It may be different than the 2015 activation key.

One thing I can say with a lot of confidence; if you call PGMusic or use the Chat it will likely be sorted out and solved quickly.
