The strange thing was, it wouldn't let me even use my new 2016 key. The program itself was "blocked." :-/

The solution was to "unblock it." This can only be done by PGMusic personnel, and you should rarely have to do this. We think it was caused by a possible license error when I uninstalled 2015 last year, but ended up installing it again.
