Interesting... I never knew this or ran into it and I use Sonar.

My process however, is as follows.

I create the song in BB, change the tempo, and key as needed, save the song in it's final configuration and close BiaB.

I open Real Band, load that same file I just saved in BB and it renders the song tracks using the real tracks. I'm now working in the audio realm.

I export those tracks, one by one as audio wave files into Sonar.

Sonar will play them back exactly as they were exported from Real Band.
