Usually its a drum "bash" at the start of the track. This bug been there for quite a number BIAB versions.
Two solutions:
1. Delete the track and do the transfer again.The second time the 'Bash' will be absent. Why, I don't have any idea.!
2. Set a volume on the drum track put a couple of nodes just before the first ticks and reduce the volume to zero before the nodes.
PGmusic have told me they don't use Sonar so the bug has not been noted. I just lived with it for many years and do the above. More important issues for them to deal with.

PS: If PG staff are looking at this - the 'bash' does not happen every time just most of the time. for me it happens every time I've done it and if I delete the track and do it a 2nd time does not fix it.
