I always export the song as a wave...polish it off in Wavepad, and then place it in a folder with other songs that I'm looking to burn to the CD.
Once that's all done, with all the songs exported and ready to go, I open my Roxio burner software and drag the songs into the "Burn Window" in the correct order and press BURN.
I have never tried to burn CD's from inside any of my music software even if it says it does it conveniently.
