Yes. It is unquestionably a copyright infringement. No need to include Don Henley's law firm for an opinion. But if I just continue a thread asking for help in perfecting a BIB version of the song, that's not an infringement? Okay, I will post ongoing versions of my effort in this thread and ask for suggestions. I suppose it it were a contest, no one would help each other.
