No, I have not yet. I own IK-Multimedia-SampleTank3 and Native-Instruments-Kontakt, and Yamaha-Steinberg-HALionSonic but none of these Soft-Synths will set up on their own when a song sets up.

I had no such problem in my BIAB-2012-Audiophile. The Coyote sounds terrible to me as does the Gibson-Cakewalk-TTS1. I also own both of these. IK-SampleTank2 is not much better. SampleTank3 is better, but I have not yet figured out how to integrate it with BIAB.

I have to say that NI-Bandstand was far too good for its price and needed to die. And multi-timbrel Soft-Synths are in general going the way of the dodo, at least those that handle GM patch set up.

Obviously a multi-timbrel Soft-Synth that does not answer to GM patch messages anyway would not have this problem, nor the advantage of auto-set-up.
