That sounds good, Herb. That BIAB combination works really well - the way the bluegrass styles work so nicely...
There is an odd mandolin note around :37 - you might want to regen that area. When the piano is soloing, the mandolin strums sound centered - consider swapping that - have the mandolin "step to the side" a bit, let the piano be center stage. Also when the mandolin is soloing - have the strum off to the side some (they both sound centered).
The levels are all very good. And the feel of the composition is quite "happy". A good listen.

Certainly sounds happy, Herb.
What a bright and fresh. Loved the triplets at the 50 second mark.

fj Floyd... thanks for listening. I really didn't consider panning since it's ultimate use would be in TV. they still like mono sounding stuff generally. But then again this is the MP3 and I would send them a wave so I can always pan it a bit. odd notes: I hear what you're saying. I heard that but it's actually not a bad note... I thought the piano towards the end of it's solo would have turned some heads with the notes it plays. I first thought that the piano had generated some bad notes but as I listened carefully, I realized it's a jazz piano track. This is one tune among several others that were submitted for the project. It's wait and see if they respond positively. The name came last. Sitting there thinking.... "Now, what can I call this besides 3-2-16 bluegrass tune....." I wasn't nearly as creative with the others..... The style was reggae something or other. How's that for a mish-mash of things?

Very nice. Reminded me of the tune Bobby Ferrell did way back when. Excellent playing. Very clean and precise

A nice instrumental. A memorable melody so I will recognize it when I hear it on TV.

Hi Herb ...,
Heck, if I (Alan) wasn't undergoing another 6 months of chemo treatments, I'd be packing our bags for the islands! Loved the simple, taking it easy attitude. Good luck woth the placement ... sounds like a winner to us!
