Which package did you purchase?
First thing to do is to check if you have the folder for RealDrums set correctly (see Options, Preferences, RealDrums).
If that is set correctly, then I would look in your download area and see if the other support files are there (RealTracks, RealDrums, etc). You need to download all the files which comprise the entire package, not just the main BIAB installer.
Assuming you registered, you should find your download files under "My Account" on the main screen. Note that this is a different login than to the forum.
If you're not sure what to do, just contact PGMusic and they can help you out.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
