Be assured you don't need to do anything.

BIAB looks for uncompressed .WAV files, and if it finds them it uses them automatically. If not it loads then uncompresses the .WMA files. You have both sets; purchasers of the regular version have only the .WMA files.

Export and everything else runs at the best quality available. In this way, the better quality (audiophile) files actually run a bit faster, too because there is no time needed to uncompress.
