Phil, there are Win 10 drivers for your IDT HD Audio here:

You should uninstall your old drivers first then install the new drivers as per your IDT's instructions.

Driverscape is a good site where I have never had any problems.

Ps - sometimes you have to right click on the install exe file and run as administrator, sometimes you have to run the exe file in compatibility mode and sometimes you have to do both.
