I think because it's the first item on the menu it would be easy to click by accident as you are clicking to open the menu - the earlier version had a Generate button and a BB (Generate All BB Tracks) right beside it and sure enough I was always hitting the darn thing.
You can edit and customize the menu order and move it down the bottom if you are enthusiastic with

If you use ctrl+a ctrl+c on the right side of resource editor it will select the whole script then you can paste it in a text editor do a ctrl+v then ctrl+f to search for "Generate All BB" edit the menu script then ctrl+a ctrl+c back to resource editor ctrl+v once you have changed the script go to Action > Compile > Save As RealBand Menu.exe
then try it out.
I use it to customize the right click menu and bring the ones to the top I use most like Cut Copy Paste and the sub menus "Audio Effects" & "Track".
