Open the Biab project that has the solo audio track you want to use.

Export that track.

Close that Biab project and open the Biab project that you want to use the saved solo audio track with.

Import the audio track.

-----

In version Biab 2016 - across the top menu between the soloist and Harmony buttons, Select the Audio button.

From the drop down menu, select
Import Audio (WAV, WMA, MP3, WMV)

Import audio was also a menu available option in earlier versions if your version of Biab happens to be an earlier one but I don't recall the exact location at the moment.

It will likely be located in the same menu as the Audio Chord Wizard buttons. I think that may have been previously located in the same toolbar but under FILE.

You are given insertion options when you select to open audio. So if your solo is 8 bars, you can use it in your new song but it will have to also be 8 bars but you will be prompted to which bar to select to place the solo audio in your new song.

For example, if your new song's solo should begin at bar 24, you would place the audio at bar 24 when prompted.

This is specific to Biab. RB is much easier and more versatile.
