Pretty much the same as other have said - nice melody and arrangement, but it's virtually impossible to understand the vocals.

You might want to start with completely dry vocals, and then build the mix from there. I had quick listen to the solo vocals before you took them down, and (as you said) they've got a lot of effects on them.

If you compare the volume of the panflute against the vocals, you can hear the flute is much louder. Since the vocals are generally the most important part of the mix, you'll want to balance them appropriately.
