Are you dragging the BIAB track directly into SONAR without first dropping into the drop box WAV. If so a double track can happen. First drag the track into the WAV section of the drop box (top left hand corner of BIAB) and keep your mouse pointer in the WAV section until it turns green. Then drag from this WAV section to Sonar.

Early versions of BIAB allowed a direct drag but 2015 and 2016 version do not.
