I assume when you say batch convert you want to highlight all the files in a folder and import them into some kind of conversion software all at once? Maybe this exists, all I'm familiar with are DAW's.

RB has 48 tracks, you can import those files one at a time, one per track then when you save the project save it as individual wav's. Or depending on how many bars in these tracks, you can put more than one on each track but you would have to be careful to put a gap between them. I suspect importing them and saving them would be an all day affair. Other DAW's like Sonar, Cubase etc have unlimited tracks depending on the power of your computer.
