Here's what I would try:

1. Close BIAB and reopen it. If that doesn't fix it, then...
2. Reboot the computer. If that doesn't fix it, then...
3. Under "Options", select "Return to Factory Settings." If that doesn't fix it, then...
4. Contact PG Music Support.
