Hey ROG, just seeing your title, I wonder what you could wish a bit Longer maybe the "finger" of "Cadbury" like in the advertising for this treat (at least the adverstising we had in France tens of years ago, don't know if you had the same elsewhere). Anyway a piece very well achieved ! The music recalls me something but can't say what, and the voice and the way of singing, maybe "Lou Reed". Congratulations Pascal

You had us from the first fews bars....we are big fans of your
productions but you took it over the top for us with the
Dire Straits vibe. Engaging to the max. This one begs
immediate replays and got quickly added to our
personal SC playlist.
Cool arrangement and super vocals. Plus this is the kind
of mix to strive for. Lots going on but still open and airy
with nothing competing for it's place on the soundstage.

Great fun song - infectious beat, nice instrumentation & catchy chorus. I think Peter nailed it! As someone who is more of a night owl by nature with a wife who's opposite, I can relate to this song. Vocals were great! Very nice listen! Take care. Greg

A nice fun entertaining song Rog with nice guitar lines, really enjoyed the listen.
Topical too, as someone who likes to pull the duvet over my head for an extra few mins.
Great pro mix as usual from you.

you had me at the intro Rog! This is another highly infectious ROG number that appeals to something in all of us, I suspect! Who doesn't want to sleep just a little bit longer?
I can see this song really catching on if it got air play and a little PR!
I really like the irregular cadence of your vocal delivery... it's very natural and it breaks up the unfortunate sing-songy delivery that often goes along with metered rhyme.
As always, Rog, your songs are among my favourites on the forum, and this one is no exception! You inspire me in many ways, and I thank you for that. Hey, Pat. What a fantastic composition, arrangement, mix and performance.... 200% enjoyable. For a song about sleeping the energy is amazing! Throughout, as the song played, I kept hearing a steel drum orchestra in my mind. For me, this song has such a Caribbean Island feel about it.
Your creativity, your originality and your musical ability seem endless! Every time you bring something to the forum, I'm left full of admiration for what you can do.
