Buongiorno
sono un principiante
ho un brano midi che nel suo interno passa da lento a twist
con conseguente cambio di velocità metronomica
in BB non viene eseguito
Dove sbaglio ??
Dove va indicato il cambio di tempo e di tonalità ??

Personalmente potrei darti una risposta veloce o una in dimensioni Bibliche (cioè riportare qui mezzo manuale!).
Scusa ma sarà difficile che qualcuno riesca ad aiutarti con le informazioni che hai dato.
Per aiutarti velocemente e "utilmente" dovrei esser prima certo che puoi comprendere termini e procedure con i quali è d'obbligo avere un minimo di dimestichezza.
Comincia col darci queste informazioni: piattaforma, S.O., versione di BiaB, e molti più dettagli sulla procedura che utilizzi, ad esempio, come apri o importi il midifile, e cosa hai fatto finora per cambiare il tempo, o lo stile, ecc. ecc.
Non possiamo sapere dove sbagli se non conosciamo i tuoi passi.

La mappa del tempo (la chiamo così per mia comodità!) creata da software multitraccia come Cubase, Sonar, ecc. non può essere presa in considerazione da BiaB (ovviamente fin che non cambiano le regole i suoi genitori), perché ha un rapporto con file midi e audio un pochino speciale e personalizzato.
Vorrei provare a spiegarti cosa intendo.
Gli stessi produttori/programmatori hanno definito Band-in-a-Box in vari modi tra i quali "software di composizione automatica intelligente" o "strumento di composizione musicale potente e creativo".
Personalmente temo che in giro sia poco chiaro cosa significa questo, soprattutto perché meno chiaro ancora (negli utilizzatori) è ciò che soprattutto BiaB NON è: un sequencer multitraccia!
Sarà forse per questo che da anni gli hanno affiancato (gratuitamente) Real Band?
Tuttavia ci sono dei modi molto semplici per aggirare quasi tutti gli ostacoli che pone questo software, e naturalmente mi riferisco anche alla tua esigenza. Pochi banali clic ed è possibile impostare il tempo in una qualsiasi misura della composizione, sia il tempo metronometrico che il tempo come “divisione della misura” (2/4, 6/8, ecc.). Posizionati sulla misura e premi il tasto funzione F5, ti apparirà una finestra dove tra le decine di valori modificabili troverai anche quello del tempo.
Non è possibile effettuare un cambio tempo in un movimento che non sia il primo della misura, ma ho sempre aggirato questo ostacolo aggiustando le misure attigue in modo tale da evitare problemi che non desideravo.
Concedimi ora una critica:
se non ti ho dato subito e in precedenza questa risposta ci sono dei motivi validi:
1) per quanto neofita ritenevo impossibile che tu non avessi già avuto l’occasione di visualizzare questa finestra e quindi questa possibilità;
2) dato per scontato il punto 1 ho pensato che avresti eventualmente chiesto perché in quella scheda non riuscivi a cambiare il tempo come desiderato;
3) visto il punto 2 mi chiedevo quale mai poteva essere allora la tua situazione: potevi lavorare su una versione del programma che non conoscevo?
4) oppure aver tentato l’importazione di un midifile in maniera scorretta, ed ecco quindi l’esigenza di conoscere la tua procedura, ovvero dare più informazioni quando si chiede aiuto!

Confesso di non possedere la versione 2016, in questo periodo vicende più impegnative mi stanno assorbendo a 360°.
Sbirciando però sul sito di PG Music le nuove caratteristiche direi che su questo fronte nulla è cambiato, e mi sbaglierò ma, non credo sia una delle loro "idee nel cassetto"!
Vorrei consigliarti comunque di provare a dare un'occhiata a Real Band, so con certezza che ha un menu denominato forse proprio mappa del tempo. Se non ricordo male (ho testato il programma solo una volta) è fatta benino e pienamente usufruibile. Magari trovi il modo di far fruttare questo programma come "terzo incomodo" pur usando Cubase.

Certo che vedrai il foglio accordi.
Realband ne è dotato così come Band-in-a-Box.
Non è un sequencer tradizionale, ma una via di mezzo. Permette di costruire o modificare un brano fatto di molte tracce audio o MIDI, ma anche di usare gli arrangiamenti creati con BiaB

Ho provato RealBand ed effettivamente legge la "mastertrack" obbedendo correttamente a tutti i cambi di tempo.
E' un vero problema che non lo faccia Biab.
Se non è previsto per un prossimo futuro, è grave al punto da consigliare altro.
