1) If I want to import a song from BIAB, can I choose which Real Band tracks it will come in on?
2) Can I bring more than 1 BB song into the same RB song?
3) Can I import only part of a BB song into an RB song?
Thanks.

1) If you used a midi style in BiaB the tracks are midi. BiaB midi tracks automatically go into the first eight tracks in RealBand. If you replaced midi tracks with RealTracks in BiaB, whatever midi that is available will transfer to one of the first eight tracks in RealBand and the RealTracks will start loading on track 9. If you use a Real style with all RealTrack instruments in the style the first eight tracks will be empty and the RealTracks will start loading in track 9. If you have selected the option in RealBand to make the first eight tracks "regular" tracks then audio starts loading on track 1 when all tracks are RealTracks.
2) Don't know
3) There is no way to specify import bars 5 to 16. As a work around you MAY be able to export from BiaB as midi or audio then import into RealBand as a scrap.

2 Yes - by using the File > Import command you can add a new file to an existing file.
3 Import and then Delete those tracks or bars not required. Alternatively, you can copy the bars you wish to retain and move them to a new track.

I've added an entry in the wishlist some time ago here. Maybe you second that.

>>> Question # 3) Can I import only part of a BB song into an RB song? <<<
Yes. Select the bars from the chord chart you want to save for use in RealBand. In my test, I selected bars 6 and 7.
I froze track 3 and also soloed it.
From the top menu, I dragged track 3 to wav in the drop box.
This saved bars 6 and 7 as a wav file and generated the following yellow message:
- If you drag this track and drop to the DropStation (top left), you can make a wav/wma/m4a or .MIDI file of the track, depending on where you drop it. This applies to the selection region. (2 bars) [3/25/2016 7:58:28 AM]
I opened Realband and imported the two bar saved file.

Bring the whole track and then delete the sections you don't want. Or snip it in a copy of the original song, never the original, and import it at the bar you want to insert it. Several options for this kind of operation.

Yes. You can have multiple sessions of BIAB open and import partial tracks or complete tracks or all of the tracks from each session into RB up to 48 total tracks. Use the Dropbox function and DAW mode with all the BIAB sessions open and the RealBand session open. From any BIAB session, enter DAW mode, drag the track or stereo master selection to the wav dropbox and once the song has rendered, move the wav selection to an open track in your Realband selection. (This can be any DAW) In RB, be sure the blank track you are moving your selection to is set to the proper type file, audio or midi, mono or stereo.
Use Options/Preferences/Display to select the option to have multiple sessions open.
According to how you employ the track selections across the top of the screen, you can select a partial track as described in my earlier post above, the entire track, multiple tracks or the entire Master track either as individual files or a stereo file. You would repeat this procedure from each open BIAB session.
Be aware of you key, tempo settings.

Yes. RB works as Jim describes in his answer. Setup RB for how you will be working in your session.
When importing files or dragging files from the dropstation, Select the RB track you want to import a file to. A message will appear and you will also be prompted to select which bar to drop the file into.
