Very inspiring Don. I've read many of your posts with great interest. You've certainly persevered and always seem to come out on top. You're creating a legacy here that many will benefit from for years to come. Your contributions, and many more from the folks here on the forum, have contributed greatly to enhancing the musical experience of multiple generations.
I am very pleased to see that Dr. Gannon has so graciously supported your efforts. He has once again shown that his personal philosophy is reflected in his business practices. What a great business model to follow!

congratulations to you for your relentless work advocating for people with disabilities of all kinds! I hope this comes to fruition, and it sounds as if it will! Your influence will help to keep music in the schools at a time when many schools don't seem to think it's important
And congratulations to Peter Gannon for recognizing and responding to the same need in his own generous way! Everybody benefits from having music in the school, and the people on this forum know better than anybody that there's no better way to get acquainted with music that by using BIAB! I have a special place in my heart for the disabled. How did you get the program started. How did you get PG to get involved. Do you think we could clone your program here in NC?

She is currently interviewing to staff the new Music Department bearing my name.
