Are you running BIAB "as administrator"? That's the first thing I would check, to ensure that the registration information you enter properly passes through BIAB to Forte.

The only times I've had to re-enter the registration information was when I upgraded my OS or re-installed Forte. Otherwise, it keeps just fine (I'm currently on Windows 10 Pro, by the way).
