dga, this probably should have its own thread, because it's not Sampletank related. However, my answer here:

If you don't have a backup of the original, then I don't know.

I do have backups: image, incremental, individual, multiple disks in rotation, onsite and offsite storage. But I'm paranoid.

Everyone should expect a hard drive failure. They happen.

Sorry to hear of your dilemma, but if you can provide evidence the original purchase someone hopefully might look after you. PGM will probably have a record.

Worst case, $10 I think for jbridge.
